PERSPECTIVE PLAN OF THE INSTITUTION FOR NEXT 5 YEARS

College established to provide high-quality education by producing, expanding, and spreading knowledge through collective wisdom. Its goal is to achieve academic success through a diverse course curriculum, integrated teaching methodologies, and a fun learning environment enabled by technology.   • Introducing novel self-financing programmes in science, social sciences, humanities, arts.
  • Traditional, interactive, and ICT-enabled educational practises are used in a blended teaching paradigm.
  • By carefully designing and implementing diverse course curriculum, session planning, student assignments, regularity, engagement, and involvement, rigour is brought to teaching-learning processes.
  • Exam systems that are well-designed and have transparent evaluation methods.
  • Providing high-quality study materials in the form of e-content on the website and print copies in the libraries.

  • Providing sophisticated learning centres with ICT-enabled classrooms, library facilities, laboratories, and Wi-Fi access.
  • Total preventative maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and civil utilities is being implemented.
  • Beautification of the campus as a whole for the benefit of stakeholders and society.
  • Keeping the campus clean in terms of facilities and amenities.

The term “holistic” refers to the academic, social, physical, and spiritual growth and development of students. All members of the campus are encouraged to become actively involved in the teaching and learning process, which is referred to as inclusive. According to the positive youth development approach, promoting psychosocial competences and positive mental health traits such as resilience, emotional competence, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills is an important technique for facilitating college students’ holistic development.
