Pratibha College of Commerce and Computer studies has established in 2007 with a vision vertical and horizontal mobility of students creating desired value. PCCCS is one of the premier college with multiple faculties affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. PCCCS has accredited for the second time with an ‘A’ grade by NAAC and enjoys a good reputation in PCMC.
PCCCS, since its inception has played a pivotal role in the field of education. It offers technology based integrated education in a disciplined, need based, and hygienic environment. College aims to make student employable. Every year it plans various skill based courses, arranges Job Fair, Pool campuses, Corporate Week, Soft Skill Development courses which open number of opportunities to the students for creating job awareness and placement of students. College avails number of add on courses through Pratibha Finishing School to upgrade and bridge the academia corporate gap. This year college has started Research Center in Commerce & Management.
The College is proud and privileged to have 24 Ph. D. holders, 06 Ph.D. Guides and 31 NET/SET qualified faculties members. PCCCS fraternity upgrade themselves year on year for sustaining the par of excellence. The teaching faculty embark their duties with dedication, commitment, passion and courage. The non-teaching fraternity such as library, accounts, administration personnel do not lack behind in the excellence, but are always at par to compliment & support the teaching fraternity. College has established 54 committees where student participate and organise various events. Thus the college strives to give substance to the vision. Every year hundreds of young people leave its portals equipped not just with degrees but also with life-enhancing skills: therein lies the measures of its success. The College promotes students to start their own venture and provides seed funding. Under incubation cell various sessions of experts are organized. This year College has started Career Katta in Association with Maharashtra Information Technology Support Centre. Our college students have excelled in all spheres of activities such as Theatre, Music, Dance, Debate, Elocution, Fine Arts. In sports, our students have been selected to represent our country. The college organizes various programs to make students aware of the social and political scenarios at local and global levels. The students participate in a variety of social activities which makes them environment conscious and more sensitive, empathetic to the status of different strata of society. We understand that students’ future gets shaped in classrooms and hence they need to acquire the qualities to become global citizens here themselves.
