Swami Vivekananda’s saying, “We want the education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, intellect is expanded and one can stand on his own feet”. In Kamala Education Society (KES) we strive together to give our level best to follow Vivekanada’s saying and concentrate on inspiring our students for perspiration which Lord Krishna did for Arjuna in Mahabharat and Mahatma Gandhi did for Indian masses in the freedom struggle of India.
One of the educational institutes of KES is Pratibha College of Commerce and Computer Studies (PCCCS) with a main vision of vertical and horizontal mobility of students creating desired value. PCCCS started its journey in 2007 with mere 30 students and today it is crowned with 3240+ students. PCCCS is a multi-faculty College and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It runs B.Com, M.Com, B.A., B.B.A. (regular), B.B.A. (IB), B.B.A (CA), B.C.A (Science), M.Sc. (Computer Application), B. Sc. (CS), M.Sc. (CS), B. Sc (regular), B. Sc (Cyber and Digital Science) at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The Commerce Research Centre in affiliation to SPPU is the worthy feather to the cap of PCCCS.
The College has also introduced Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University courses such as B.A., M.A., B.Com., M.Com., and Certificate course in Human Rights at PG level. The College has also initiated the School of Open Learning (SOL) under Savitribai Phule Pune University with distance learning courses such as B.A., B.Com., M.A. and M.Com.
Dr. Deepak Shah, the Secretary of KES is the best professional administrator and Entrepreneur. He runs the College as a social service and it is his passion and mission to provide quality education to the students by providing high-class infrastructure of classes, Libraries, Laboratories, Gymnasium and to keep campus clean.
PCCCS also enjoys the reputation of skilful learning, with an outstanding attribute of Job Fair and Mega Pool Campus to facilitate students towards their dream companies. PCCCS under its widespread set-up hosts 56 College committees, leaded by faculty members and student representatives. These committees are purely engaged to avail various platforms of exposure through different competitions, programmes and events, with an only intention to boost the holistic personality of the students.
The results of PCCCS are outstanding in academics, sports, higher positions in the corporate, start-ups as entrepreneurs. The assessment and accreditation of NAAC in 2022, with Grade A and CGPA 3.22, is a proof of quality and excellence in higher education.
