Overall Objective: To bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by providing structured training, continuous industry engagement, and career-focused guidance — ensuring students across all programs graduate as skilled, confident, and job-ready professionals.


2. Placement Policy for Final Placements

To ensure a fair, transparent, and disciplined placement process, the following Final Placement Policy is implemented:

1. Eligibility

  • Final-year students who meet academic, attendance, and company-specific criteria may participate in campus placements.
  • Students must complete all mandatory training sessions, assessments, and placement formalities conducted by the Placement Cell.

2. Registration

  • Students must register within the stipulated deadline and submit accurate personal, academic, and contact details.
  • Once registered, students are expected to actively participate in the placement process.

3. Attendance & Discipline

  • Attendance for pre-placement talks, tests, interviews, and training sessions is compulsory.
  • Students must adhere to professional conduct, dress code, and punctuality during placement activities.

4. Job Offers

  • Students receiving a final placement offer are expected to accept and withdraw from further processes, as per institutional norms.
  • Acceptance of an offer is considered final and binding.

5. Multiple Offers

  • The Placement Cell will follow a defined policy based on package, role, and organizational category, ensuring maximum opportunities for all students.

6. Communication

  • All official communication will be made through the Placement Cell via notice boards, emails, or official messaging channels.
  • Students are advised to regularly check updates and respond within deadlines.

7. Company Rules

  • Students must strictly follow the selection process and guidelines defined by the recruiting organization.
  • Any misrepresentation of information may lead to disqualification from the placement process.

8. Institutional Authority

  • The Department of Training and Placements reserves the right to modify or update the placement policy as per institutional requirements and industry practices.

Pratibha Group is pioneer to start JOB FAIR in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area in 2009. PCMC is an industrial hub. Pratibha Job Fair acts as a bridge to connect the companies and students, where students get an opportunity to get job and can understand the skill set required to get a desired job. The students understand the importance of learning through experience. Hence an exclusive placement cell comprising of around 15 students works ceaselessly to explore job opportunities in various industry sectors, develop relations with the corporate, arrange campus interviews, communicate with students and help them prepare for the same as well whenever necessary.
