Objective of the Placement Cell:

The primary objective of the Placement Cell is to bridge the gap between students and the corporate world by facilitating quality employment opportunities. It aims to enhance students’ employability through continuous training, skill development, and industry interaction. The Placement Cell is committed to:

    • Preparing students for the recruitment process through focused training programs such as CV writing, spoken English, mock interviews, and group discussions.
    • Organizing on-campus, off-campus, and pool campus recruitment drives in collaboration with reputed national and international companies.
    • Providing career guidance and support for securing placements in core, product-based, consulting, and IT companies.
    • Establishing partnerships and MoUs with industry leaders to promote internships, live projects, and placement opportunities.
  • Supporting students in achieving their career goals and maximizing their potential in the professional world.

PRATIBHA JOB FAIR is an initiative to provide a platform to students and employers to come together under one roof. Pratibha Group is pioneer to start JOB FAIR in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area in 2009. PCMC is an industrial hub. Pratibha Job Fair acts as a bridge to connect the companies and students, where students get an opportunity to get job and can understand the skill set required to get a desired job. Even employers get a chance to approach fresh talent. This is a mega platform for jobseekers, recruiters and our students to achieve their goals.

Pratibha Group is pioneer to start JOB FAIR in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area in 2009. PCMC is an industrial hub. Pratibha Job Fair acts as a bridge to connect the companies and students, where students get an opportunity to get job and can understand the skill set required to get a desired job.
