Pathways to Success

Placement is the culmination of a journey undertaken by our students. We feel its our priority to make sure our students achieve what they set out for. Around the year special attention is given to make sure our students excel in placement process. Pre-placement talks, CV writing workshops, Mock GD-PI sessions & spoken English lectures are organized to make our students ready for the gruelling placement process. 

 

Different kinds of activities are organized by the cell in order to : 

  • Help students realize their aptitude  
  • Hone their skills and talents with professional support 
  • Build a strong sense of identity and confidence through workshops in self-development 
  • Create a base of strong values for work 
  • Provide them exposure to different kinds of career options 
  • Invite possible agencies/NGOs/Corporate sectors/institutions/training agencies etc. for placements 
  • Offer information about various entrance exams and scholarships available for higher education in India & abroad

PRATIBHA JOB FAIR is an initiative to provide a platform to students and employers to come together under one roof. Pratibha Group is pioneer to start JOB FAIR in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area in 2009. PCMC is an industrial hub. Pratibha Job Fair acts as a bridge to connect the companies and students, where students get an opportunity to get job and can understand the skill set required to get a desired job. Even employers get a chance to approach fresh talent. This is a mega platform for jobseekers, recruiters and our students to achieve their goals.

 Objectives
  • To provide a common platform for students across Maharashtra to find suitable jobs and for employers to select deserving candidates for their job profile.

  • To provide an opportunity to students, teachers and administrators to implement mega events.

  • To inculcate managerial skills among students.

The students understand the importance of learning through experience. Hence an exclusive placement cell comprising of around 15 students works ceaselessly to explore job opportunities in various industry sectors, develop relations with the corporate, arrange campus interviews, communicate with students and help them prepare for the same as well whenever necessary. The placement cell also organizes various academic, technical sessions as well as sessions by eminent corporate personalities.
